Babysitting

My parents were going out to dinner, and my cousins' parents were going out to dinner, so someone needed to babysit Grandpa and Mimi. Us kids volunteered. First we ate pizza, cookies, and juice. Then we took Grandpa to the park and wore him out so he would sleep good tonight.

Mimi has a mattress in her basement that she lets us jump on. It is great fun!

Thanks for letting us watch you Mimi and Grandpa.

2 Year Old Pictures

2 years old! I am getting so big!

Living Planet Aquarium

Mom and I went to the Living Planet Aquarium to see fish . . . and I guess a frog.

These fish look like snakes!

I put my hand in the sting ray one and thought I was pretty brave. But when I told everyone about it later that night, I said I was "scared."

Band-aid

The other day I got hurt on my finger. Why is this blog worthy you might ask? Well, it has been a big ordeal. It takes a lot of self-control for a two year old to keep the band-aid on. So when I do keep it on, I show Mom and say, "Band-aid on. Yay NayNay!" This happens a couple of times an hour. Then, if I do take the band-aid off, then Mom has to put a new one on.

5 Generations!

Today we went to Orem to see Great, Great Grandma Hull. We took a 5 generation picture. Not too many people can do that you know.

Lydia had never met her Great Great Grandma Hull, so we wanted her to meet her.

Grandma really liked holding Lydia.

While we were there, Grandma and I played toys. I helped Grandma put the shapes in the right place.

Tent

The other day, Mom walked into the spare bedroom and this is what she saw. Dad and I were playing tent. This is one of my favorite activities to do with Dad. When we are in the tent he reads me stories or we play with toys. I love you Daddy!

Rodeo

It was time to put my hat on and head to a rodeo with Grandma, Papa, Dad, and Mom.

Before the rodeo started, I went and wished the goats good luck.

They were handing out claws. I thought they were cool!

I had a front row seat, right by Grandma and Papa. I was cheering for the cows the entire time. I yelled and yelled, "Go cows! Go!"

Oh yeah, corn dog time! I love food on a stick. I love it even better when Grandma dips it in nacho cheese.

Being in the front row has its advantages. I get to hang on the the pole, and see all the action close up.

I had a great time at the rodeo! (When I hold the claws by Dad's head, he kind of looks like a moose.)

Model Train Show

Oh yeah! There was a model train show going on in Ogden, and of course we went. There was this awesome train outside that we could ride.

Choo! Choo!

I loved looking at all the displays.

Someone even gave me a sucker, which made the whole thing even better!

I took this picture for Papa. He says that coal trains are the best kind of trains.

I pulled a string and made the bell ding, ding, ding.

I wanted to ride the train again!

They have a big train that we can climb on.

What a fun time!
